You can choose between accommodation in shared student apartments or hotels.
Student apartments are shared between up to 6 students. Apartments have a kitchen, washing machine, iron and ironing board, bed sheets are provided. It is important to know that in the apartment students are self responsible for cleaning, dish washing, laundry, shopping, cooking and setting up the bathroom with toilet paper, soap and towels.
There are single and double rooms to choose from, all other rooms like bathroom, kitchen and balcony are shared with fellow students. You may also reserve half a double room alone, we will then try to allocate a fellow student of the same gender and age to your room.
In students apartment genders are mixed, we do not distinguish between smoker and none smoker apartments, smoking in the apartment is prohibited though, so smokers are asked to smoke outside on the balcony. Animals of any type and size are not allowed.
We also offer hotel accommodation close to the school on the Playa de Palma. Hotels have a swimming pool with sun chairs free of charge and a TV room with a bar and a lounge. All rooms have their own bathroom and a balcony and are cleaned and provided with fresh towels every day.
There is a cheaper one star hotel class and a more comfortable three star hotel class with breakfast to choose from. Double rooms always have to be reserved by 2 students traveling together.
In the cheaper one star class we also offer triple rooms and studios (small apartments for your own use) on request.
